1.   What if an item is no longer available when I’m ready to buy it?

We suggest that you try to purchase the items you like as soon as possible. Retailers tend to cycle products seasonally, so many of the accessories might not be available as the seasons change. Our design team is happy to provide some alternate options within 30 days of your design presentation if an item goes out of stock.

2.   What if I need additional help with some other odds and ends?

Our designers are happy to perform additional design services outside of the project scope at an hourly rate if you need them. Let us know what you have in mind and we can discuss your options!

3.   How much do people typically spend on furniture, art & accessories for a room?

You set the budget you want to spend on products. We design each space down to the tiniest details—even if it means some items may need to land on your wish list for later. We always attempt to get all of your essential pieces like seating, rugs, and a few design accents into whatever budget you set. We want you to be thrilled with your design plan!

4.   How long does the Scheme service take?

From the time of the initial consultation, we generally estimate it will take as little as two weeks for the design plan.
